Booking your tour with Magnificent Morocco
As you will discover, no two tours are ever the same with Magnificent Morocco. The time of year, the mix of people on your private tour and the locations that you visit all contribute to a very special experience.
More importantly, we value you as a customer not as a commodity. In this way we can prepare the price for your trip based on any special requirements you may have above or beyond the tour prices shown on our website. And, you may even qualify for special discounts or offers on selected dates and tours subject to availability.

Booking conditions
On receipt of your booking enquiry, Magnificent Morocco will confirm tour details and prices with you. Subject to any further amendments, to be agreed between Magnificent Morocco and yourself, a Booking Confirmation will be issued to you together with an invoice.
Payment structure
- 25% of total amount payable as non-refundable deposit on receipt of invoice. This payment secures your place(s) on the tour(s) requested
- 75% balance of total amount payable 30 days prior to the start date(s) of the tour(s)*
If you book your tour(s) during the period less than 30 days of the start date(s) full payment is required at the time of booking.
* At the discretion of Magnificent Morocco and only by prior arrangement, the 75% balance payment can be made as a cash payment on the day of the tour(s) and prior to the beginning of the tour(s).
Payment methods
- All payments prior to the tour(s) may be made via PayPal, electronic bank transfer or in cash. Please be aware that payments via PayPal and direct bank transfer may attract a handling fee or other charges by providers in the transaction process which are exclusive to the net tour cost and for which you agree to accept the charges. Details of these payment methods will be forwarded to you during the booking process
- Cash payments may be made with DRH (Moroccan Dirhams), USD (United States dollars) or in euros. Please note that exchange rates are variable
Cancellation policy
- 30 days or more before the start of the tour(s): loss of non-refundable deposit payment
- Between 11 and 29 days before the start of the tour(s): 75% of tour price non-refundable
- 10 days or less of the tour commencing: 100% of tour price non-refundable
A copy of our full Terms and Conditions together with payment options will be supplied to you with your Booking Confirmation.
